Creating merchandise for your YouTube channel can be another good way to make a little money with your YouTube Channel. There are many websites that offer free services to print on demand. You can make your little store, add your deigns and let your fans buy merchandise with those designs. It is really easy to setup.
The print on demand site I used was Teespring. Teespring has integration support with YouTube, that means if you have monetization enabled and you link to your teespring store the products will show underneath your video.
I created this store in less than 10 mins. The video below shows the step by step process on make your own merchandise free.

Here are the details steps.
STEP 1 – Create an account with Teespring
You can create a new account or just login with your facebook or goolge account. I used my google account to create a Teespring account
STEP 2 : Design the product
Select the type of product you want to create. Do you want a Tshirt, hoodie, bag, iphone cover etc. Then add text or upload a custom image with your design. If you choose to add just text you can modify the font type and colors. You can choose what type of colors you want the product in as well. For example, you can have blue, green, yellow tshirts etc.
Then once that is done, you need to set the price for the product. There is a default price that is set but you can customize it.
STEP 3: Create a listing
Add a title and description for the product and now it will be ready for selling.
STEP 4: Create a store
Think of the store as a group of products. You can add the product you created and make a store. I recommend create niche stores so you can market it. For example, items for Doctors as one store, Items for bikers another store etc.
STEP 5: Link your YouTube account with the Teespring store.
Go to YouTube studio and click on the monetization tab. On the right side you will see merchandise. Go through that and copy you Teespring id into YouTube. Then you are done. It might take a few days for the products to appear under your videos.
